Soul Building, Gold Coast

Soul is a 243m tall residential tower in the heart of Surfers Paradise. When completion in 2011 takes place, Soul will become the second tallest building on the Gold Coast, behind Q1. Developed by property group Juniper at a cost of $850 million, the design includes 288 apartments and 5,700 m² of retail space.

Electrostatic were contracted to provide exterior metal protection on highly exposed external framing. Electrostatic used their Ezigal system to protect all visible structural steel elements in the project, including external awnings, external roof structures, BBQ shade and recreation areas. Electrostatic was chosen for their high quality work, and aesthetic appearance - critical to the visible steel structures.
