Emmanuel College

Oracle Towers

Oracle is an $850 million two-tower luxury apartment and hotel development at Broadbeach. The project will be the second five star hotel built on the Gold Coast after the Palazzo Versace. Electrostatic was appointed to undertake protection of steel components in the roof shade systems on both towers. The harsh, exposed position, and difficult access meant paint quality had to be of the highest order.

Q1 Building

Q1 is the world’s tallest residential tower, and Australia’s tallest building. This landmark development was an architectural feat and an enormous challenge for its project management team. Electrostatic was appointed to undertake protection of steel components in the roof system of the Q1 tower.
